What Is a Super Tilt Tow Truck?
A Super Tilt, also known as a Super Low Loader, is a specialised type of tilt tray tow truck designed with a sliding tray and tilting mechanism that creates a much lower loading angle. These trucks are ideal for transporting oversized, heavy, or difficult-to-load vehicles and equipment. Super Tilt trucks can carry anywhere from 18 tonnes to 25 tonnes and beyond, making them essential in industries where large-scale transport is needed.
In Brisbane and across Queensland, Super Tilts are commonly used for hauling heavy machinery, 40-foot shipping containers, trucks, buses, boats, and other awkward or oversized loads that standard tow trucks can’t handle.

Our Trucks
Super Tilt Truck
Our super tilt semi trailer is a 45ft drop deck with and option to hitch the deck for a full straight 45ft. Capable of carrying 20ft and 40ft containers, heavy machinery, site offices, dongas, awkward items that need to be self loaded and more with a total payload of 25 tonne. This truck is great for multi-loading over long or short distances in and around brisbane. For best results when booking our super tilt truck check with the Mal's team for even weight distribution and complying with the GVM and GCM of the super tilt truck.
Low Loader Drop Deck
Our low loader prime mover features a 45ft drop deck capable of carrying the much bigger items including machinery, contruction equipment, even palleted items, in and around brisbane. If we can fit it we will move it, with a total payload of 24.5 tonne. For best results when booking this truck check with the Mal's team to ensure even weight distribution, GVM and GCM of the tow truck.
Oversized Transport
Mal's haulage and towing offers a wide range of transport services including oversize transport in and around brisbane. all our trucks are equip to move any oversized items and can carry up to 3.5 wide with out an escort (over 3.5 upon request). whether its a small light weight item or an over 20 tonne item we can work with cranes or tilt onto our super tilt semi trailer. We at Mal's offer a wide variety or services including working on construction projects and even setting up events with a project manager from Mal's onsite to assist the trucks and make your experiences better.
